Who we are
OFF LABEL is a platform for independent artists in the UK. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at admin@offlabel.uk.
What we collect
- Account details: name, artist name, email, location at borough level.
- Music you upload, plus the analysis we generate from it.
- Release plans, tasks, saved contacts and saved opportunities.
- Basic usage data so we know which features are worth keeping.
What we never do
- We do not take ownership of your music, rights or masters.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your exact location. Discovery uses approximate areas.
Why we hold it
To run the service you asked for, to match you with relevant promotion contacts, funding and collaborators, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, such as marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
